So the holiday season is upon us and we all are trying to look and feel our best, but how do we do this when, during this time all we do is go out, drink and eat high sugar foods.

It can be fun but quite daunting that what you have worked for the entire year, go down the drain the last few weeks. So, how do we fix this problem so the impact will not be as harsh on your body?

Here are 5 easy steps to help you out:

  1. Fit in a workout daily, at any time of day, but do it. It can be an hour or just 30minutes.
  2. Start your day with a balanced, healthy breakfast.
  3. If that day you have no parties or events, eat as clean as possible.
  4. Don’t go starving to a party, have a high protein, healthy snack before heading out.
  5. Drink tons of water.
