Hello my darlings, here I am day I don't know what of quarantine. To say it has been easy it would be a huge lie. It has not been easy at all, well ok, at first I thought this would last maybe a month so I was anxious but excited because I saw this time as a time of transformation but now it has been four months and I don't see any improvements, at least in my country.

We never had problems with Sergio sleeping all night but then, we moved him from crib to bed and everything went to hell. Added to that, new baby coming and then, COVID. So after almost a year of not sleeping, we found Keep the Sleep, and this is our story.

I recently did a post on Instagram where I talked about my journey to get where I am right now, physically and mentally. I asked if you would be interested in my journey and you said yes, so here it is, in detail.

Growing up I never had any idea if I was fat, chubby or skinny.

I was about to start writing an article about my sentiments on BLM and how it has spread worldwide, creating change on individuals, businesses and societies in general.

It has been a truly beautiful movement to see and learn. My initial article was going to be on a reflection my pastor did a few weeks ago.

I saw on Instagram a recipe for oatmeal cookies. I mean it wasn't really a recipe because nothing was measured and my first try was not perfect. I mean, it tasted good but since it was not measured the amount of coconut oil was too much.

This recipe is perfect if you are craving something sweet but healthy and also if you are vegan, this is great for you.
