When I was studying to become a health coach one of the things that I saw was key to a better, healthier life was self love. Along with other things that make up our life, self love is something that we tend to feel guilty to give ourselves.

If we say that we are busy that day because we want to get our nails done or get a massage we feel bad because to the general public, we are not being productive but in reality, when you don't give yourself this type of love or any way or form that makes you feel good to be you, then you will never perform to your 100%

The other good thing about self love, doing things for your own pleasure is that it relaxes you, you see your self with other eyes, you become more gentle with your self.
