On September 11 I became a mother of two. Everyone told me how smooth it was going to go, that baby #2 is easier because you are much more relaxed than with baby #1.

To be honest, I was pretty relaxed with Sergio but for sure what has changed the most is the fact that I can hear her crying while in the car or things like that, that before would drive me crazy because I didn't understand why, now I just roll with it and understand that sometimes they just cry because it is their way of communicating.

Hey guys, so happy to be back to my quasi workout routine. I wanted to share a bit of my process, how and what I am doing. Most definitely I am feeling stronger this time around after baby than after having Sergio. I still don't have the amount of energy I had but physically I do feel stronger and I think I owe it to the fact that I was very fit before having Alana and continued to workout all through out my pregnancy.

Ever since having Sergio two and half years ago I have struggled with saying I had a C-Section and even now after having Alana I struggle with it even though I shouldn't.

For some reason, when people ask how you delivered (which I don't understand the question because I believe it to be irrelevant) and you say C-Section, sometimes it comes with a little smirk, like you are lazy and irresponsible for going that route.
