I am not much of a cook much less a baker but I do love to find fast, easy recipes that are healthy for me and my family to eat.
On my search for yummy healthy things to prepare and eat, I came across chia pudding. I used to buy it from a health store but later realised it was very easy to make. So here I will show you step by step on how to make this pudding.
It is a great option for a quick breakfast or a snack. Make sure you make it the night before.
Fun fact about chia: high anti-inflammatory, omega 3, fill you up with finer, help you debloat.
