I am not much of a cook much less a baker but I do love to find fast, easy recipes that are healthy for me and my family to eat.

On my search for yummy healthy things to prepare and eat, I came across chia pudding. I used to buy it from a health store but later realised it was very easy to make. So here I will show you step by step on how to make this pudding.

It is a great option for a quick breakfast or a snack. Make sure you make it the night before.

Fun fact about chia: high anti-inflammatory, omega 3, fill you up with finer, help you debloat.


1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup chia seeds

Pour chia seeds in milk

Cinnamon to taste

Splenda or honey to taste. Mix it fast with a fork so it will blend well.

Pour in mason jars or little cups. Refrigerate over night

Try it and let me know. You can also add fruit or granola to this pudding.
