A few months ago I attended the first ever Cosecha, an event to promote coffee growers in Panama and learn about coffee during the harvest. During this trip I met wonderful, talented people.
One person that amazed me for his creativity was Manuel Barsallo from @coffeetologist he created this delicious concoction that I needed to share with all of you. It wasn’t heavy coffee that leaves you jittery plus, and this is the best part, it was so refreshing! perfect for summer.
Hace unos meses participe del primer evento llamado La Cosecha, este es creado para promover el cultivo y cosecha del café en Panama. Lograr que así como las personas viajan a hacer la ruta del vino, vengan a Panama a hacer la ruta del cafe.
Durante este viaje conocí muchas personas muy talentosas, entre ellos estaban Manuel Barsallo de @coffeetologist él creó una receta llamada Fizzy Geisha. Es una delicia, muy refrescante y no te deja tembloroso. Es ideal para esos días de calor extremo.
