I feel I have always been a gypsy at heart. They say travel and I am packed and ready to go.
My routine for taking care of my skin is very important to me, nothing stops me from taking care of my skin. As I have mentioned it before, living in Panama with a very humid climate I can sometimes get away with not hydrating as much.
On my last trip, we went skiing, specifically to Colorado. It was amazing but I was very well aware that my skin was going to suffer, going from a humid climate (30C) to extremely cold and dry (-2C) means having to take care of my skin twice as much, so I knew I could not travel without my must haves.
- Foreo Luna 2 to clean and prepare my skin
- My hydrating creams from Clinique
- Rose water from Limitless Beauty
- Sunblock from Bioderma. It has color so it helped not only to protect my skin but give it an even tone.
Before leaving in the mornings I would clean my face with my FOREO Luna 2 to prepare it.
The Foreo Luna 2 is a Swiss brand so I knew it would work wonders in this type of weather. I felt my skin cleaner and it helped absorb better my hydrating creams and sun block
I then apply my Clinique hydrating cream using the Foreo Luna 2 but this time the anti aging side. Once it is absorbed I apply my rose water from limitless beauty and I end it with my Bioderma tinted sunblock which leaves me with maximum protection and apre-ski ready.
These have been my staples when I travel, specially since this time of year, where I travel is really cold.
What is your routine?
